Merging a pale, fruity hopped India Pale Ale with Oregon’s signature fruit, marionberries, has resulted in a drinkable, balanced beer that’s equal parts tropical hop and berry with a mild bitterness. We used sexy hop varieties Vic’s Secret and Galaxy along with the same natural fruit puree from Oregon Fruit Products that Hotlips uses in its sodas.
